Process Workers
Process workers are part of our warehouse and manufacturing team they are responsible for a range of functions including processing, sorting, and packing products, as well as operating the machines and monitoring the output to check it is in line with compliance standards.
General Tasks
- Operate machinery
- Feeding products into the production line
- Monitor the machines, plus control and adjust machine settings, such as the speed
- Sort and pack products
- Loading products into crates or boxes ready for dispatch
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Uphold health and safety compliance
Experience
- In-depth knowledge of the products and materials they’re working with
- Ability to check the output to ensure that all products are exactly the same
- Record keep skills that identify any defective items
- The ability to stand for long periods of time
